Rudy

Status: Rudy is currently in need of a foster home while he finishes up his pre-adoption care. The foster commitment would be a minimum of several weeks to get Rudy settled in and comfortable. If you can help Rudy by fostering him, fill out the foster application linked below.

About Rudy:

Rudy is a 12 year old purebred Welsh Terrier, neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, who seeks a foster home to help him thrive. In the short time he’s been at the shelter, Rudy has experienced significant kennel stress and he’s now struggling to eat. He’d do much better in the right cozy foster home while he finishes up his pre-adoption care.

To help Rudy find the right foster, a little bit about him is below:

• Medical: neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, approximately 20lbs

• Sweetheart who loves meeting new people

• Fully potty trained

• Seems okay around other dogs (but depends on an individual meet-and-greet)

• Not a fan of cats

• Would do best around older, respectful children

• Strongly dislikes being kenneled and left alone, so a foster who’s home often or won’t kennel him when gone is highly preferred
