Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Options
-
A generous donor allocated funds to help struggling pet owners and caretakers spay/neuter their cats through the Winona Farm, Feral, & Stray Spay/Neuter Hotline. Click here to learn how the Fund works!
-
The Minnesota Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (MNSNAP) is a traveling service offering affordable spay & neuter surgeries across Minnesota. They occasionally visit Winona and surrounding areas. Check out their website to learn more.
From the MNSNAP website: “Our mission is to end the suffering and death of Minnesota cats and dogs due to overpopulation by providing both high-quality, affordable and accessible spay and neuter services to those in need and animal welfare education in the communities we serve.”
-
This hotline provides reduced-cost spay/neuter surgeries for cat owners and for community members helping to reduce the feral cat population. While we aren’t connected, contact us and we can forward the contact information.
