Please join the Winona Area Humane Society and Hy-Vee at Signatures Event Center for the 25th annual “An Affair for the Animals!”
From 6:00 - 9:00PM on November 7th, guests will enjoy a delightful evening of wine & beer tasting, silent auction bidding, and raffle prizes. All proceeds go towards supporting animals in the Humane Society’s care, and ensuring that WAHS can continue its mission longterm.
The 25th annual wine tasting goes beyond twenty-five years of the event: it’s a milestone occasion to recognize and support twenty-five years’ work of Winona county’s only animal shelter, a safe haven for homeless pets. Rescue, rehabilitation, reunions, and rehoming all happen through these doors – for 11,253 animals and counting.
The demand for Winona Area Humane Society’s services continues to climb, trending with the national animal welfare crisis, prompting urgency to secure adequate funding and continue this lifesaving work. Until there are no more pets in need, WAHS must stand strong.
Whether you attend the event, donate basket items, or provide funds towards the auction, every action helps make the event a success. The community’s homeless animals are counting on you. Join us in celebrating 25 years of compassion at An Affair for the Animals!
