Personality description from Jackie’s family:
“Hi there, I'm Jackie! I am a beautiful, 7-month-old puppy with a big brain and an even bigger heart. Being a German Shepherd and Blue Heeler mix, I inherited the absolute best traits of two amazing working breeds. I am intensely loyal, naturally observant, and incredibly eager to learn.
I am already making great strides in my manners! I am fully crate trained, and I will even self-kennel on command when you say ‘kennel up.’ My absolute favorite thing in the world is playing fetch—I will happily chase a ball for as long as you're willing to throw it! I have a ton of fun puppy energy and a sharp mind that loves having a routine.
Social Life & Home Preferences
Dog-friendly: I absolutely love other dogs! I am highly social and would do wonderfully in a home with a playful canine brother or sister to help burn off my puppy energy.
No cats, please: true to my herding heritage, I have a strong drive to chase cats. A feline-free home is best for me.
Kids: I have not been around children yet. Because I am an energetic puppy from two strong herding breeds, older children or an adult-only home would be the safest fit while I finish my boundaries and training.
Active lifestyle: I need a family ready for puppy training, daily fetch sessions, and plenty of mental stimulation to keep my smart brain happy.”
