About Ursula:

Does anyone have room in their heart and home for sweet senior Ursula? We sure hope so, because she deserves nothing but comfort, love, and attention in her golden years.

It’s unclear what Ursula’s been through or how she ended up at WAHS, but her intake appointment revealed she’d undergone a dental, so clearly she had a family at some point. And yet here she is, a delicate senior cat in the shelter, waiting to be loved by a family once again. Staff and volunteers provide Ursula with daily care and time, but it’s no substitute for the quiet, peaceful home she seeks.

Ursula spends most of her day cuddled up in cozy cat beds or in a loaf pose on perches, calmly watching the daily happenings. When visitors come to see her, she’s all about the attention! She’ll circle around and around, purring up a storm and trying to get all the pets possible. Ursula especially enjoys forehead scratches; it seems to provide her with ultimate relaxation.

Because Ursula’s an older gal who appreciates her solo space, she’s currently living without other cats so we aren’t sure how she feels about fellow pets. But she is pretty calm overall, so it’s possible she could get along well depending on all the personalities involved.

Ursula’s ideal home is one involving lots of relaxation, rest, and quality time together. Due to her age, it’s also important her family’s prepared to maintain routine senior wellness visits.

You could change Ursula’s entire life simply by providing her a peaceful place to enjoy her days and receive the doting care she’s missed out on. Send in a brief application below to express your interest in visiting a truly great feline. She’ll appreciate your visit more than you know!
