Glimpses of Jessica’s true personality are found not in the chaotic commotion of every day, but in the quiet moments near those she trusts. Before coming to WAHS, Jessica had only known the outdoor life of uncertainty, where she had to fend for herself and be on guard. Once she acclimated to the indoor life, she felt more comfortable around people over a span of some months. Now she approaches caretakers for as many pets as possible — even standing up and twirling around on her hind legs for maximum attention!

Jessica’s ready to meet kind, patient adopters who understand her and are willing to earn her trust, too. We frequently discover that cats like Jessica often become the most devoted, adoring companions in time — they just need the right family to help them get there. Could that be you?
