About Croissant:

Croissant is a stunning bullseye tabby who’s ready for his safe place to land, feel comfortable, and establish a foundation of trust. He came to Winona Area Humane Society through a community member who’s working hard to spay, neuter, and care for the cats near their home.

Because Croissant showed promising signs of being able to happily live indoors, we were able to welcome him into the shelter and begin acclimating him to all the good things people have to offer.

Croissant is still fairly hesitant around new people, preferring to accept attention when the environment’s calm and quiet. He doesn’t seek out affection immediately, but accepts attention from those whom he trusts. Once you’re in his circle of trust, Croissant will saunter right up to politely ask for pets.

Croissant gets along very well with other cats, often found curled up alongside one. Because of Croissant’s affinity towards other cats, we’ve noted that he’ll do best in a home that includes a feline friend.

The ideal family match for Croissant is one willing to extend him kindness, patience, and understanding. Once he feels comfortable and safe, he’ll provide appreciative companionship for years to come.
