Pet’s Information:

  • Name: Kitty

  • Breed/Description: Domestic Short Hair, brown bullseye tabby

  • Gender: male

  • Age: 1 year

  • Medical:

    • Rabies and distemper vaccinations on 8/17/26

    • Neutered

    • Passed his wellness visit with flying colors

Notes from Kitty’s caretakers:

  • “Favorite activities: hiding and running through his tunnel, sitting in the window on his cat tree and watching the birdies outside, watching me in the kitchen while I am cooking.

  • Favorite treats and/or toys: his favorite toy is his fishing pole toy with a birdie on the end. And his favorite treats are small cat treats — I ask him if he wants snacks and he goes to his cat tree to get his snacks. He is well-trained and intelligent and knows that this is the only place that he gets his treats at.

  • He is a true scaredy cat. If he sees something or hears a noise that he doesn't know he will hunch his back and run sideways and backwards. He does not get agressive or hiss or bite when he does this.

  • He loves his person and will follow you everywhere; he will become your shadow.

  • Kitty needs a non-agressive, soothing, talking home without yelling. And a home that is willing to accept that it may take months for him to settle in due to his traumatic history.

  • Once he finds comfort he will be your shadow, your loving buddy. He is looking for his soulmate, be it a human, another cat, or a dog.”
