About Atlas:

Calling all active homes! Atlas would very much like to meet you and, hopefully, become your next best friend. He envisions a bright future with a loving person, full of frequent walks, the best treats, and all the adventures. 

The descriptor of “outgoing” hardly does Atlas justice. He LOVES meeting new people, whether it’s for a brief hello or a longer play/hangout session. Within the first few minutes he’ll show off his goofy self, and he’ll only ask for treats and pets in return.

While much of his past is unknown, Atlas previously lived with another dog and would likely enjoy a dog playmate that matches his energy/demeanor. He’s best suited for older children who interact with him respectfully and recognize his personal bubble when needed. 

Most of all, Atlas is searching for a family that’s frequently on the go. Being kept busy and engaged in regular activities will maintain Atlas’ physical and mental health for years to come. He’s eager to learn through treat-motivation, so he’s ready to pick up new skills and expand his knowledge (and this’ll also keep him occupied).
