About Zap:

• Submit an application below to meet Zap, a playful, treat-motivated guy patiently waiting to start life with a family

• Zap came in with a large intake group and had a lengthy journey to become adoptable

• Since moving up to the front bays, Zap’s continued to make progress. Slowly but surely, he’s becoming more comfortable around the day-to-day shuffle.

• He’s always spotted on a tower perch with another cat, quietly observing the day’s activity in comfort

• Zap has mixed reactions to getting attention from people. Sometimes he hangs back, and other times he approaches (especially if treats are involved). He’s more likely to approach if one of his cat friends does since he follows in their footsteps

• Zap will do best joining a home with another cat friend (or getting adopted with another WAHS cat). He’ll need time and patience to acclimate and reach his full companionship potential, and he’s eager to begin that journey!
