About Nash (formerly Grant):

Nash is a dashing young pup who’s waiting for his forever people to come along! He arrived at the shelter along with his mom and brother and they’ve all since settled into foster homes for a shelter break.

In his foster home, Nash has been busy keeping active, learning, and getting to know all about home life. He’s a VERY intelligent, treat-motivated pup who’s already mastered ‘sit,’ ‘down,’ ‘stay,’ and ‘spin.’ He’s even caught on to his canine foster brother’s training word of ‘ok,’ without being directly trained by it!

Potty training is progressing steadily as well with consistency and routine. He’s learned to sit by the back door and alert when it’s bathroom time. It’s a promising sign that he’ll be able to pick up on full training with ease.

Nash’s favorite activities include newly discovered fetch, self-entertaining with his chosen chew bones, and cuddling with his people. He’s not a fan of car rides but can tolerate short distances.

Nash does well around anyone he meets, people and pets included! He’d be a tremendous addition to nearly any household and will be an excellent companion.
