Personality description from Mabel’s current family:

“Mabel is a 4 year old Cavachon needing to be rehomed asap due to my house being sold and not being able to take her with. I do not have the time she needs and deserves.

Mabel is so personable once you know her that it’s hard not to love her. She makes you laugh and can comfort you when you are sad.

Mabel is up to date on shots. She loves to cuddle and play. She’s good with kids, dogs and cats, and she’s kennel-trained.

Mabel previously injured her spine which had caused loss of feeling in her back. She has regained this, but with jumping from the couch she has reinjured a few times in the past two years. She’s in need of someone who will rehab her to regain back leg strength.

Despite the injury, Mabel doesn’t let it slow her down! She’ll walk when calm and runs, pulling her hind legs behind her when they cannot keep up.

Because of the spine injury, Mabel experiences some incontinence. She tries to make it outside from her kennel, but cannot always hold it. She is used to diapers outside her kennel if she’s running around excitedly in the house.”

Mabel’s current owner is asking for a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home.
